Lost on the IF Highway

Our Fertility Journey October 8, 2011

I’m trying to get this blog stuff down.  This is my first blog. I’ll admit I really don’t know what I’m doing, but I thought it would be easier to navigate if I had specific “pages” for specific topics. It’s a learning process and when it comes to this blog stuff, I guess I just need to spend more time tinkering with it. Anyway…

We will FINALLY be starting BeeFertile soon!  I don’t really want to get into the nitty-gritty of how this all came about, but we hope to get our first shipment later this month or early next month.  The company has asked us to send them emails with feedback about the product and I will try very hard to keep a sort of “journal” of our experience here on the blog.  I want to keep a chronicle of our journey so I can look back and remind myself every now and then.

The product (BeeFertile) is still fairly new from what I have gathered.  I know I personally had a hard time finding information on it, aside from the company website (  When I started finding blogs and testimonials from couples who used it, that was a big part of why we decided to try the product.  I want to share a true accounting of what it’s like to take BeeFertile – everything from working with the parent company (Hive Naturals), to what the Royal Jelly tastes like, to what managing the doses is like, and even share our pregnancy journey if/when we do conceive.  I want people to have a place where they can go and see what it’s like for a real couple, and not just some testimonial on the product’s website.  Those testimonials are great, but you can’t help to be wary of something that is posted on the company website by the company itself.  This way, people can read all about what it’s like from the perspective of a real human being  all in one place, and for anyone who has read my blog thus far, you know I am as honest and candid as they come.  I don’t pull any punches and I don’t hide my feelings.  That’s part of my motivation for keeping my blog anonymous.  I have no reason to hide the truth.  Hopefully it will help someone else out there who is looking into fertility options.

Thank you for reading. I look forward to reading your comments.
